I have worked in a variety of industries, including aviation, construction and energy. I hold a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology and have extensive experience in all aspects of human resources, including employee selection, talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, collective agreement bargaining and organisational culture change. I also have experience in health and safety management, employee well-being and behavioural safety.

Making a real and positive difference to businesses is what drives me, and I am conscious that a textbook approach does not always work in the ‘real’ world. Every client has very distinct needs and my foremost goal is to understand their needs.
