Bizbuzz is a multi-award-winning site which was originally launched in 2000 as HomebizBuzz, and has built a loyal following among self-employed owners of small, home and micro businesses throughout New Zealand.

The site offers one-stop access to information, resources, tools and a business-focused social network and other support for those working alone or in small or virtual teams.

Founded by two women (Heather and Vicki) who both work from home, Bizbuzz is an independent, commercial venture. We are not subsidised by government or any particular business(es), although advertising and sponsorship form part of our revenue base (that's how we can make this all freely available to our members).

Recently, Bizbuzz has been rebuilt to be New Zealand's foremost business-focused social networking destination, while continuing to offer free information, resources and tools to enable self-employed home and small business owners to make running their businesses easy, fun and successful.
