What is the Sale Readiness Assessment?

The sale readiness assessment involves an interview(s) with nominated shareholder(s) or management, discussing all facets of business activity that will maximise the business saleability and sale price. The interview process normally requires two to three hours on average.

Following the interview, a 50 point sale assessment report will be written and provided to the client covering:

• Our consultant’s assessment of sale-readiness of the business, point by point.
• An executive summary of the findings
• Recommendations for actions to be undertaken by the business to improve the sale readiness.

The sale-readiness report is written in plain English and provides objective feedback enabling the shareholder(s) to focus on the most important aspects that will maximise the sale potential and sale price.
