Pork burger with capsicum and apricot dip

Ingredients

  • Pork fillet
  • Ciabbati bread thick sliced and toasted
  • Rocket greens
  • Snow pea sprouts
  • Vine ripened tomato slices
  • Capsicum slices
  • DINING ALFRESCO Capsicum & Apricot Dip

Method:

  • Brush pork with oil and lightly cook.
  • Char grill different coloured capsicum slices.
  • Make a nest of salad greens on the bottom bun.
  • Add the pork, arrange with sprouts and tomato slices and cooked capsicum.
  • Spoon the Capsicum and Apricot dip over the top.
  • Season with Black Pepper
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds
