Stop making excuses! They're driving me crazy. I mean imagine getting through just one day in your life without having to put up with the tired droning of excuses almost every time you pick up the phone....

Let's be honest. We're all procrastinators - more or less. But it's that endless stream of boring excuses that gets under my skin.
In an effort to maintain my reputation as a positive thinker I'd like to offer some thoughts that might just motivate someone to break the habit! Good luck!
What actually happens when you make excuses and procrastinate?

1. You lose energy because the project hangs over you, still waiting to be done.

2. You lose interest because it slowly becomes a nuisance.

3. You waste time beating yourself up for not getting it done!

4. People get impatient with you because you can't be relied on.

5. You never seem to achieve your goals.

6. Your life gets incredibly jammed with unfinished business.

7. Negative thinking tends to dominate your mind.

8. Your sense of self-esteem takes a subtle tumble.

9. You lose some of your get-up-and-go confidence.

10 You decide not to do it anyway!

The solution always lies in your thinking so try this: Say this affirmation to yourself many, many times every day for seven days: and watch what happens!

"I AM A DO IT NOW PERSON!
My time is my most precious resource, I manage it well!"
