Is true, Which I have personally discovered to be many times. Then when do business owners decided to make 'communicating with thier customers effectively' a priority in thier business?

A huge amount of small business owners focus on paying for heaps of advertising to get NEW customers in the door, when they miss the whole point of communicating with who they already have.
