Welcome to the wonderful world of being your own boss (apart from every single client and prospect ).
You're not the first to discover how tough it can be. There's a section in a book that describes a fair bit of how you're probably feeling. It's called "The E Myth Revisitied". Not sure when the first E Myth was published - but it was certainly before E stood for e-commerce - The E is for entrepreneur. This book is very readable, and contains much wisdom - I recommend it to everyone who's in business.
When you were just the chef, your duties were fairly clear cut. But now you're also entrepreneur and manager, and since those two roles require almost diametrically opposed personalities, no-one can expect to succeed naturally at doing everything. So build relationships with others in business, and make use of people who have the skills you need. (e.g. marketing, accounting, etc).
All the best
