Can your business rely on email service from your ISP?

I felt it important following the recent email loss by some Orcon customers and then Telstraclear email outages to point out how much many small businesses rely on email.

However many are willing to store all of this in standard email accounts either provided via their ISP or other online provider.

The thing you have to think about is can you really afford to risk it?
When you trust your email to your standard ISP you are just one of hundreds of thousands of email accounts and you are not important.  We have seen first hand lately that they may not even have backups to recover your email from a failure.

Do you think gmail or hotmail are going to be helpful when you call up to say you've lost your email?  I doubt it.

What many people don't realise is that there are alternatives out there that don't cost the earth.  And they often provide greater functionality and are covered by daily backups to ensure that you don't have to worry about ever losing your email.

One such product is our Premium Email service which starts from just $9/mth.

You can find out more about it at

I would suggest checking the alternatives out and having a think just how important email is to you.
