When you are looking for new business, it’s easy to ignore your current customers – but it is quicker, easier and cheaper to sell to existing customers. Your business should be looking to expand by drawing in new prospects while still looking for ways to sell more products or services, more frequently, to existing customers. Spending a bit of time creating processes that make both activities part of the way you do business is a great investment.
