Sharn Rayner, Director of Pod Consulting, began her career in training and coaching in 1993. She recruited, managed and developed a team of 35 coaches. Setting up clubs and charities was an integral part of her work.
Sharn has since utilised the skills she gained working in sports development and leisure management to progress into coaching, facilitation and training within recruitment, organisational development roles and human resources.
Pod Consulting works in partnership with your business to help you succeed in finding the best employees and keeping them on board. It focuses on three main areas within human resources - selection, retention and development.
