Peter trains business owners how to grow their profits by between 50% to 100% while helping them set their business up to run by itself. His skills includes increasing referral and repeat business, turning one-off sales into lifelong advocates, staff training, developing profitable advertising, and identifying and turning around operational constraints. Peter meets with his clients on a weekly basis for the duration of the project. His monthly fee is based on a percentage of the increased profitability. Thus there is no overhead costs, but a sharing of the increased profitability.
