Roger has an extensive background in advising business owners.  He was a founding director of one of the main financial advisory practises that now form the Camelot Group, one the largest non-institutional private advisory business in New Zealand.   Roger has worked for many years with business owners to assist in creating strategic and business plans, to help to clarify and achieve their objectives, and provide financial literacy and wealth creation seminars.  In addition, Roger is an enthusiastic and inspirational presenter on matters of personal growth and productivity, an area which he regards as essential for SME owners to master.
